Dashwood Pinot Gris 2025 is a lush and aromatic Pinot Gris. Vibrant aromas of ripe pear, lychee and citrus unfold alongside subtle white florals and spice. The palate is lively and concentrated, with juicy pear, a citrus edge and a fine balance of fruit sweetness, fresh acidity and a lingering, textured finish. Pair with a rocket, pear and chèvre salad.
