Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Crafted by Mt Difficulty, Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is reminiscent of Central Otago. Pale green-straw in colour, with vibrant aromas of honeysuckle, lemon zest, gooseberry and ruby grapefruit. The palate is juicy and citrus-driven with notes of grapefruit, lime and orange. Lifted by bright acidity and finishing with a stony, saline edge and a touch of tropical fruit. Best enjoyed with Bluff oysters.
