Dashwood Rosé 2025 carries aromas of strawberry, melon, pear, cherry, accentuated by hibiscus and a touch of cream. The palate echoes these notes with lifted strawberry, melon and lychee on a generous, creamy mid-palate, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long, mineral finish. Pair with fresh grilled seafood, Mediterranean lamb, garden greens, goats cheese and creamy desserts.
