Dashwood Pinot Gris 2026 is a lush and aromatic Pinot Gris. Ripe pear, lychee and citrus lead the way, complemented by delicate white floral and spice notes. The palate is fresh and concentrated, with flavours of juicy pear and a bright citrus edge. Lively acidity and a subtle fruit sweetness create a beautifully balanced wine, with a textured palate and lingering finish. Pair with a rocket, pear and chèvre salad.
