Lighthouse Kawakawa & Kelp Gin 700ml
Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse is one of New Zealand’s oldest craft gins. Distiller Rachel Hall is the custodian of a recipe perfected over many years that includes nine botanicals twice distilled and then perfectly blended with water filtering from high in the Remutaka Ranges and emerging in a spring at the breathtaking Wharekauhau Country Estate in Palliser Bay.
Inspired by the environment surrounding the lighthouse, this gin contains a unique blend of botanicals, including the New Zealand native plant Kawakawa, nutrient rich seaweed, and Yen Ben lemon zest. Handcrafted and twice batch distilled with spring water from the Remutaka Ranges, bold, peppery earthiness is the highlight of this gin.
