Winemaker: Matt Dicey            Region: Central Otago 

Long Gully features fresh green tobacco, violets and dried thyme on the nose, showing complexity with five years in bottle. Supple and plush with red fruits, strawberry, cranberry and raspberry at the core. Fine, talc-like tannins and fresh acidity carry the finish. A cooler season expression of Long Gully - lighter and more ethereal, yet structure to age for 12 years.

Pipeclay Terrace is garnet red with clarity, the lighter hue suggesting a cooler vintage. A highly floral nose - rose petal and peony with graphite and porcini - complex, alluring and quietly powerful. The palate shows fresh red cherry, redcurrant, and ripe strawberry with a concentrated mid-palate of red and black fruits, cedar, kola nut and wood smoke. Bright acidity lifts the finish, balancing fine, supple tannins.
