Te Kairanga Sauvignon Blanc 2025 features fragrant aromas of blackcurrant leaf, tomato stalk, crushed pea pod, and tropical fruits. The palate is vibrant and precise, bursting with fresh, crunchy fruit and herbal notes. A flowing texture leads to a lingering finish of juicy fruit and subtle saline tones. Pair with Chirashi-zushi salad and pan seared scallops.
