Made with intent from small parcels from Vavasour’s original vines, Vavasour Papa Sauvignon Blanc 2023 shows remarkable textural depth with complex barrel-aged notes of spice and smoke with 14% of the wine fermented in French oak. Made to age, its maturity has added nuance and is at its best drinking now.
